PrintFlow Terms of Use

Last updated: 23 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the PrintFlow app. The app is provided by Eoin Moore, 136 Parnell Road, Dublin 12, Ireland ("we", "us"). By using PrintFlow you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What PrintFlow does

PrintFlow lets you print documents and photos to printers on your network, scan documents, make ID photo sheets and printable pages, and open official forms. Printing is free. Some features are part of PrintFlow Pro, a paid upgrade (see section 4).

2. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use PrintFlow on Android devices you own or control, for your own personal or internal business use, in line with these terms and Google Play's terms. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer (except where the law allows it) or misuse the app, or use it to break the law.

3. Your content and responsibilities

Your files remain yours, and we don't claim any rights in them. You are responsible for what you print, scan or copy, and for having the right to do so, including copyright and rules about copying identity documents. You are also responsible for your printer, paper, ink and network. The app shows what your printer reports, but it can't guarantee a printer's behaviour, print quality or that every page printed. Please check your printer's output.

4. PrintFlow Pro, subscriptions and payments

5. Official forms and third-party content

Official forms are downloaded directly from the government agency that publishes them. PrintFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any government agency. We don't guarantee that a form is current, correct or right for your situation, so check with the issuing agency. Websites and services from third parties are governed by their own terms.

6. ID photos

ID photo sizes and guides are provided to help you. Acceptance of a photo is decided only by the agency you submit it to. We can't guarantee that a photo will be accepted.

7. Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop features of PrintFlow. If we remove a paid feature during a subscription period you've paid for, we'll try to give you something of equal value or you can ask Google Play for a refund. We may update these terms, and we'll show the new date above and tell you in the app about significant changes. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept them.

8. Disclaimer

PrintFlow is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that it will work with every printer, be error-free or be uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, paper, ink or business. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for PrintFlow in the 12 months before the claim. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.

10. Ending these terms

You can stop using PrintFlow at any time by uninstalling it, after cancelling any subscription. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously breach these terms.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring claims in your local courts.
